Thanks, Di! This will be a great way to share ideas and keep up with what is going on in the shop. I am so anxious to see what Jo Morton comes up with for her Little Women's Club 9. I hope she reveals what it is soon.

What is a housewif? Is it just a needle case. On Jo Morton Yahoo group someone took a picture of a housewif she had made. Kinda' looked like a needle case to me. I am trying to decide what I want to make with my Jo scraps; journal cover, pinchusion, needle case. Hmmmmm.

A houswif if a sewing kit that the Civil War Soliders carried. There is a pattern for one in the Remembering Adelia book by Kathleen Tracy. They look great made in Jo Morton fabric! I did make one for show and tell at the next Little Women's club meeting - too bad you will miss that one!
